Moral Charter 

Mission of Qom Province Water and Sewage Company is to supply and distribute drinkable and healthy water and collect, purify and repel principally sewage. Therefore, because of honoring clients and attracting customers satisfaction, in addition to necessary actions, we shall make effort very much, so that;

 

We believe that good services cause welfare and comfort of people’s life from one hand; and they cause the strength f our relationship and customers. So, we try to adapt ourselves with customers demands.

We believe that secret of success of company depends on customers satisfaction. We emphasize on work ethic and official discipline while giving service.

We believe that treatment of company employees influences customers thought, speech and behavior while giving service. Therefore, the existence of appropriate answering culture is considered as beds for elevating the company.

We believe that customers opinions, suggestions and criticisms cause the improvement of services; therefore, we have tried to study and apply it and consider as organizational duty.
